Many of our translations involve sensitive legal and financial documents (see our case studies) and we handle all assignments in confidence as a matter of course.
Aplomb treats all our work as confidential.
Whether just for a quote or as part of a job, any documents we receive — and translations of documents — are safely kept and, if required, destroyed.
We have confidentiality agreements with our translators and interpreters. We also have a standard client/supplier confidentiality agreement which we sign on request. We are also happy to sign confidentiality agreements you propose.
Secure document transfer
For highly sensitive documents, Aplomb is able to adapt our procedures to work within your secure document transfer system. Aplomb can also offer tailored solutions for secure document transfer on a one-off or on an on-going basis. We will work with you to ensure your documents are secure.
Our translators and interpreters are experienced professionals who are carefully selected by Aplomb. We know our team and we work hard at developing and maintaining honest and trustworthy business relationships with all our Aplomb members.
